Woodside Cheese

Woodside Cheese has produced a range of high quality award winning cheeses since 1994.
Their sophisticated range of cow and goat milk cheeses are hand made and free from artificial preservatives or stabilizers.

Batch pasteurization is used which is a slower
pasteurization method it's said to be more gentle on the milk structure and results in the retention of the seasonal variances of the milk.

Malagos Cheese



From the Malagos Farm in Davao comes world class artisanal cheese created by Olive Puentespina. Raw materials for the cheeses coem from the family farm in Barangay Malagos, Baguio District, Davao City. Barangay Malagos, is also known for its dairy farming, lush vegetation, cool weather and fertile soil. It is an ideal enclave for dairying. The milk comes from over 200 dairy goats and 22 dairy cows from the farm.

GOAT CHEESES

Malagos Chevre
Aclassic French-style fresh goat cheese. A versatile cheese that can be served hot - goat cheese pizza, pasta on soups- or cold - rolled in herbs or mixed with dried fruits, on sliced bread and salads.

Malagos Feta
Made from pure goats milk and aged in brine, Can be cubed or crumbled for use with Mediterranean salads, sandwiches or cube and marinate in good quality olive oil with your own concoction of herbs and spices.

Malagos Davao Blue Goat Cheese
A true winner, goats milk blue cheese, mildly aged. Subtle blue cheese flavor with the earthy ''goat' flavor.

COWS MILK CHEESES

Malagos Blush (mild blue)
A cows milk cheese aged with both white and blue mold. It has the distinct white mold flavor with the flavorful blue mold.

A mild aged blue cheese made from cows milk, made with fresh green peppercorn for a 'surprise' kick.
