What are your hours?
Our stores are open from 10AM to 10PM daily. You can access our online store 24/7. Our web customer service is available on Mondays to Saturdays from 9AM to 6PM.

I'm looking to buy a specific wine I can’t find elsewhere in the Philippines and I can’t find it on your website. Is there any way I can buy it from you?
Absolutely! We have a special Manila En Premier where you can request special vintages and wines. Feel free to contact us about it.

Will my personal information be shared with third parties?
I have problems logging into my account.
If you get a message stating that your email address/password is not recognized, please follow the following steps below:
Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with.
If you are unable to recall your password, click on “Forgot your password?” link on the page. You will be prompted to enter your registered email address and a link will be sent to you to create a new password for your account.
If you continue to experience problems, please contact our Customer Service.
How do I change or update my personal details?
Please log into your online account to update your name, email, and mobile number. You may email our Customer Service to update your address & date of birth.
Do I need to pay a fee to be a Toast Club member?
Absolutely not! Registration is free.
How do I become a Toast Club member?
Simply submit the following complete details: full name, email address, mobile number, and delivery address.

What do I do when the item/s I want to purchase are out of stock?
Some of our products are highly exclusive and provided to us by the winery on allocation. Send us an email of the items you wish to order. We’ll see what we can do to accommodate your order or we could suggest an alternative.
Where do I key in my coupon/voucher code?
You can find a textbox where you can input your coupon/voucher code when you checkout.

Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?
All sales are final so please make sure you double-check your orders before checking out.
How do I check the status of my order?
Can I purchase items in bulk?
Yes. If there are not enough stocks for your order on our site, you may send us an email and we will process your order depending on the availability.
Do you give bulk discounts?
Yes. You can enjoy 10% off on purchases of six (6) bottles and above.
How do I know if my order went through?

How do I place an order?
Simply find the product you want to order and click ‘Add to Cart’.
Are you open 24/7? What happens if I order outside your operating hours?
Orders received after our operating hours will be processed on the following office hours.
Is there a minimum amount for my order?
None but you can enjoy free delivery for a minimum purchase worth Php 2,500.00. If your total is below this amount, a delivery fee will be charged.
Can I send an order to another person as a gift?
Yes. Simply indicate the full name, delivery address, and mobile number of the recipient.
I would like to purchase some products for my own store. Can you make special arrangements for me?

What areas do you cover?
We deliver nationwide! Our standard coverage areas are Metro Manila, Metro Cebu, Metro Davao, and Boracay.
What do I do if I want my items to be delivered to a location outside your standard coverage area?
Appropriate delivery charges will be applied to orders outside our standard coverage area.
How fast do you deliver?
Delivery is expected within 1 to 2 days for Metro Manila. Provincial deliveries depend on the area and available modes of transport.
How do I get FREE delivery?
Free delivery only applies to Metro Manila area with a minimum required purchase worth Php 2,500.
Can I choose a time for when I want my item to be delivered?
Please send us an email with your special instructions.
Do you process orders during Public Holidays?
What happens if I’m not available to receive my package upon delivery?
If no one else is available to receive on your behalf, items will be sent back to the warehouse. Next delivery will be charged to your account.
What should I do if there’s a delay in my delivery?
Will I get charged for a re-delivery?
Can I change my delivery address in my order?

What are your delivery options and how much is shipping?
We have partner couriers who will deliver your order/s via land, air, or sea.
Shipping fee is based on your location and number of items ordered.
How can I track my order?
I processed multiple orders. Can I combine them in one delivery?

Can I get my items on the same day I processed my order?
It depends on the availability of the products within the area.

What is Wine Depot's Direct from Supplier and how do the products differ from the normal Wine Depot's range of products?
Wine Depot's Direct from Supplier is an extended and high quality product range that will connect customers with suppliers, including boutique wineries, craft brewers and artisan distillers. Direct from Supplier products are sourced directly from their distributors and delivered straight to our customers doors.

Absolutely! We have a secured system to keep your data and will never share your information to third parties.

What do I do if there’s an issue with the item I received?

What is the return and exchange policy?
If we sent you a wrong item from what you ordered, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have changed your mind about your order after receiving it, please be reminded that all sales delivered in good condition are final.

I would like to participate in a Wine Depot event. How do I go about this?
I paid for an event in advance but I suddenly cannot attend on the date. Can I request for a refund?
Yes, we process refunds requested at least three (3) working days before the event.
Can I pay for tickets on the day of the actual event?
Yes, depending on availability.
Can I use my Wine Depot discount coupons/vouchers for events?
You may only use coupons/vouchers for events if the item mentions it. Regular coupons/vouchers can only be used for product purchase and are not applicable for events.
