Taste Notes

Nose: Intense, sweet vanilla and flamed orange zest, cardamom, old-fashioned cola, cloves, deep, dark complexity yet more sweetness with cinnamon, which melds beautifully with essential oil notes of Seville orange peel

Mouth: Thick cut bitter orange marmalade and tingling, zinging spices, hints of Manuka honey and mouth-watering cinnamon form its heart, with molasses, candy floss, toffee apples, crème brûlée and clove-studded oranges

Finish: Long with tongue-prickling spices, and a stunning degree of freshness as cinnamon, orange and creamy, sweet vanilla notes coat the palate for minutes

How to Enjoy

Rumbullion! tastes great with premium cola and an orange wedge.

About this Product

Rumbullion! is an incredible, award-winning spiced rum, exactingly blended using carefully selected Caribbean rum, Madagascan vanilla, orange peel, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. It’s rich, complex and intensely decadent. It’s brilliant in the summer in all manner of cocktails, but it’s equally at home being sipped on a winter’s evening. Basically, it’s rather tasty and deserves to be drunk, whatever the weather.

About Ableforth's

Founded in 2011, Ableforth’s was created by three friends who simply wanted to make distinctively delicious drinks that they would enjoy themselves - be that a gin, a rum or other treats. They took some inspiration from the past, from styles of drink known for flavours which were robust, fresh and unusual, and created a range of really bloody tasty spirits.

About Rum

From pirate life on the open sea to Caribbean island paradises, perhaps no other spirit evokes such a romantic history as Rum. Made through fermentation and distillation of molasses or the fresh-pressed juice of sugar cane, Rums range from 20% to over 70% alcohol and come in a variety of tones from clear to dark. Highest quality Rums are generally produced in pot stills and aged in wood, while less expensive Clear or “White” Rums are produced in column stills and bottled without barrel aging. Naturally, Rums form the base of tropical cocktails like Daquiris and Mojitos.
