Taste Notes

Nose: Deep and complex with rich spices, orange syrup, dried apricots and cocoa. The cold-distilled botanicals then have their say, especially the fresh cucumber but the mint, strawberry and orange all play their part.

Taste: Intense but with glorious fresh mint and especially strawberry.

Finish: Smooth and long with mint, orange, cucumber and gorgeous strawberry.

How to Enjoy

Great with lemonade and and a sprig of mint.

About Ableforth's

Founded in 2011, Ableforth’s was created by three friends who simply wanted to make distinctively delicious drinks that they would enjoy themselves - be that a gin, a rum or other treats. They took some inspiration from the past, from styles of drink known for flavours which were robust, fresh and unusual, and created a range of really bloody tasty spirits.

About Liqueur

First prepared by 13th century Italian monks as herbal medicines and elixirs, Liqueurs are distilled spirits that have been combined with flavoring agents. A range of herbs, spices, nuts, fruits and flowers can be used, and a sweetener such as sugar or corn syrup is often added. While typically rather sweet, some examples are herbaceous or tart and pair exceptionally well with desserts or act as a delightful addition to cocktails.
