ABOUT THIS GIN
Distilled and bottled in Scotland, Hendrick’s is a super premium gin with a subtly different botanicals recipe that includes a unique infusion of rose petals and cucumber alongside more traditional botanical ingredients. Hendrick’s specialises in being different with a distinctive toffee-brown bottle that is reminiscent of an old-fashioned apothecary’s bottle, a clever reference to gin’s medicinal origins.

About Hendrick's Gin

Hendrick's Gin is a brand of gin produced by William Grant & Sons at the Girvan distillery, Scotland, and launched in 1999.[2] It was invented by Lesley Gracie, a Yorkshire native, who was hired by William Grant & Sons to work in new liquid development for some of their products. A decade later she was tasked with creating a new super-premium gin.[3][4] In addition to the traditional juniper infusion, Hendrick's uses Bulgarian rose and cucumber to add flavour. Hendrick's gin is bottled in a dark brown, apothecary-style bottle.

About Gin

Enjoying an enthusiastic resurgence in modern cocktail culture, Gin, a.k.a. ‘Dutch Courage,’ was originally touted as a 16th century cure for cowardice and stomach ailments. Arguably the broadest and most dynamic category of spirits in terms of flavor profiles and production styles, Gin is a distilled grain spirit that derives its primary flavor from juniper berries and secondary flavors from a dazzling array of spices, herbs, fruits and botanicals. It is both produced and enjoyed all around the world and is most commonly mixed into cocktails such as the Martini or simply added to tonic water.
