Giancarlo’s hybrid of the three Mancino Vermouths: Secco, Bianco and Rosso centered on Erede di Chiappone Armando Barbera d’Asti D.O.C.G, with added pure quinine bark Calissaja, has roused a new tier of Vermouth.
